As a human-sized company, within a strong framework of communication, we implement an active policy of salary enhancement for all our employees: annual pay increases, performance bonuses, profit-sharing and regular promotions.
We have been measuring our commitments since 2021: whether through the COP (Communication on Progress) linked to the requirements of the United Nations Global Compact, or in the annual update of our RAP (Progress Report). BRL Ingénierie is a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Compact France Network.
