BRL Ingénierie (BRLI) is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out in order to enable the transmission of information on BRLI projects or offers, to apply for a job with BRLI and/or to manage contact requests or complaints.

Your personal data is mainly communicated/accessible to the Human Resources Department, the Information Systems Department, the General Management of BRL Ingénierie and the Sales Department of BRL Ingénierie. Your personal data may only be communicated to third parties (e.g. for hosting and IT maintenance purposes) for the above-mentioned purposes. Subcontractors acting on BRLI's instructions will be required to implement appropriate protection measures. If BRLI uses subcontractors located in countries whose regulations do not offer an adequate level of protection in terms of personal data protection, BRLI will ensure that these transfers are carried out in accordance with French regulatory requirements (for example, implementation of contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission).
