Flood forecasting and early warning in Bhutan

BRL Ingénierie has taken its first steps in Bhutan with the the development of a hydrological flood forecasting and early warning system. We have used our WIMES software solution to deliver a tailor-made platform to the National Center for Hydrology and Meteorology.
