• International team leader - crop production specialist (at least 7 years of professional experience in agricultural production standards compliance and in ISO, PGS or GAP auditing and certification procedures / experience in Cambodia / a knowledge of the production of cashew, cassava, mango and vegetables in Cambodia will be a great asset).

• International key expert - poultry husbandry specialist (at least 7 years of professional experience in agricultural production standards compliance and in ISO, or GAP auditing and certification procedures with focus on livestock production / experience in Cambodia / knowledge of the poultry production and marketing in Cambodia will be a great asset).

• International key expert - agri-products processing and food safety specialist (at least 7 years of professional experience in agricultural production standards compliance and must be familiar with organic product certification, food safety management system (FSMS)/standards, GMP/GHP, HACCP, and agri-products processing technical improvement / experience in Cambodia).

• International key expert - agribusiness development and contract farming specialist (minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in agribusiness development, agricultural value chain developement, agro-food industry, agro-food marketing and trade, and contract farming / prior experience in working with farmers and private sector to link producers and retailers is an asset and good business environment in Cambodia is desirable).
