BRL Ingénierie employs 200 people, including engineers, experts and highly skilled technicians. Three quarters of them work directly on production activities.
There are several different nationalities present, which facilitates international contacts.
Every year, BRL Ingénierie recruits new members of staff and independent consultants for specific assignments, mainly for work abroad.
An organised combination of capabilities guarantees our production and the quality of our services:
- job-specific responsibility falls under our Technical Management: a Technical Director / Innovation Manager and two Assistant Managers, respectively in charge of Water & Water works, Civil Engineering and Design-Construction-Project Management Engineering, the Environment and Institutional Aspects.
- Project Directors working in specialised areas of activity are technically and financially responsible for project activities.
Customer relations are also the job of the Business Development Department while our Administration & Finance unit is active in project and company management.
As a subsidiary company, BRL Ingénierie also uses the supporting services provided by its parent company: cashflow, human resources management, IT, legal matters and claims, communication…
